Some other great news about Saturday. The folks at ONCE (aka Cuisine en Locale) are putting together a really incredible menu for everyone this weekend. They were in NOLA last week, and are inspired and on fire (well, as they have a kitchen, hopefully not technically). Anyway, GREAT FOOD will be available Saturday.
